Start with the documented color character
Chantilly Lace 2121-70 is a very high-reflectance white. A physical comparison is needed to decide how that character works with your own finishes. Chantilly Lace's very high LRV gives a clear bright-white reference rather than a guarantee of compatibility with every other white.
Why the white quartz and cream cabinetry relationship matters
A cream cabinet and white quartz may differ visibly already; introducing a brighter trim can emphasize that difference.
Chantilly Lace has an LRV of 90.04; Benjamin Moore White Dove OC-17 is 83.16. The difference is 6.88 points, with Chantilly Lace returning more light under the reference measurement. White Dove is a classic white with a high reflectance value and a softer appearance than the brightest whites. This supplies a named color control; the LRV gap alone does not identify the warmer, greener or pinker paint.
Use White Dove as a control
Use the fixed cabinet or ceramic white as the starting reference for Chantilly Lace. Compare the joint in daylight before adding colored fabrics. Then introduce White Dove and remove it again: the useful cast is the one seen beside the fixture that will remain, not only between competing paint samples.
Separate a persistent cast from a comparison effect
Compare those fixed whites first; a very light trim can make their differences more apparent. The warm-versus-cool comparison covers that related choice.
If the unwanted cast remains beside a permanent finish under normal light, that is a practical reason to replace Chantilly Lace. If it appears only beside an unused sample, remove the comparison and assess the intended palette alone. Before ordering samples, compare room-planning features in the paint color visualizer roundup.
